Monjur Elahi is a member of the 13th Parliament elected from Narsingdi-3 and General Secretary, Narsingdi District BNP.

Monjur Elahi is a member of the 13th Parliament elected from Narsingdi-3 (Shibpur). This is his first term in Parliament, as the nominee of the BNP (Bangladesh Nationalist Party). He is general secretary of the Narsingdi district BNP and, in Parliament, a member of the Standing Committee on the Ministry of Industries.

He was born on 1 June 1972 in Narsingdi Sadar upazila, Narsingdi district. His father is Abed Ali Mia and his mother Momeza Begum. In December 2025 the BNP gave him its final nomination for Narsingdi-3.

In the 13th parliamentary election held on 12 February 2026, he was elected MP for Narsingdi-3 with 82,061 votes under the sheaf of paddy symbol.
