Md. Faridul Kabir Talukder is a member of the 13th Parliament elected from Jamalpur-4 and President, Jamalpur District of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party.

Md. Faridul Kabir Talukder, known as Faridul Kabir Talukder Shamim, is the member of parliament for Jamalpur-4 (Sarishabari) in the 13th Parliament. He has entered Parliament for the first time, for the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). He is president of Jamalpur district BNP.

Faridul Kabir Talukder was born on 17 January 1967 in Sarishabari upazila, Jamalpur district. He is the son of Saidur Rahman Talukder and Mst. Nure Ferdousi. He is a businessman by profession. As president of the district BNP, he has spoken out in favour of social harmony.

In the election to the 13th Parliament held on 12 February 2026, he was elected member of parliament for Jamalpur-4 with 147,406 votes under the sheaf of paddy symbol.
