Mostafa Kamal Pasha is the member of parliament for Chattogram-3 (Sandwip) in the 13th Parliament. This veteran leader of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has previously been a member of parliament for this seat.
Mostafa Kamal Pasha was born on 10 November 1947 in Sandwip upazila, Chattogram district. He is the son of Haji Abdul Baten and Mosammat Sakina Khatun.
He has long experience in local government. From 1973 to 1990 he was elected chairman of Rahmatpur union in Sandwip upazila four times in a row. In 1990 he was elected upazila chairman. In the parliamentary elections of February 1996 and 2001 he was elected member of parliament for Chattogram-3 for the BNP. Within the party he has served as convener of the Sandwip upazila BNP and as a member of the BNP national executive committee.
In the election to the 13th Parliament held on 12 February 2026 he was again elected member of parliament for Chattogram-3 as the BNP candidate, winning 73,037 votes with the sheaf of paddy symbol.
