Mst. Tahsina Rushdir is a Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) member of parliament elected from Sylhet-2. Known as Tahsina Rushdir Luna, this politician is representing the seat in Parliament for the first time, in the 13th Parliament. She is the first woman elected MP from Sylhet Division. In Parliament she is a member of the Committee on Private Members' Bills and Resolutions and the Standing Committee on the Ministry of Education.
Tahsina Rushdir was born on 31 December 1966. Her father is A. B. M. Ekramul Hasan and her mother Mst. Mahfuza Khatun.
She studied at the University of Dhaka and worked as a deputy registrar of the University of Dhaka. In politics she has served as an adviser to the BNP chairman.
In the 13th parliamentary election held on 12 February 2026, she was elected MP for the first time, with 116,697 votes under the sheaf of paddy symbol.
She is the wife of BNP leader M. Ilias Ali. The couple have two sons and a daughter.
